Michelle Reeves, RN, CEO, and her husband, Kenny Reeves, founded the Reeves Foundation in 2005. Michelle Reeves had worked as a nurse consultant for the DD waiver program in two different states, and she saw an opportunity to leverage her knowledge to serve members in the private sector. The company started in the White Mountains of Arizona, more specifically, Eagar and Springerville. As the latter is Michelle Reeves’ hometown, the transition to serving members in that community was a natural fit. Plus, she already had her RN license, professional experience in the medical industry where she directly cared for patients in multiple states, and professional experience working in the public sector.

Their passion for providing the best care combined with an understanding of the unique needs of each member is at the forefront of all decisions. Mr. and Mrs. Reeves began to build the company; currently, Reeves Foundation has Nursing Supported Group Homes, Group Homes, Individually Designed Living Arrangements, a Day Program, and Respite Care. Reeves Foundation has plans to establish even more locations throughout Arizona to serve adult members with mental and developmental disabilities. Reeves Foundation has helped improve the care of members if they were new to the system or if they transferred from another agency provider.
